Ted Jefferson

Ted Jefferson became a firefighter for the Des Moines Fire Department in 1987.  In 2001 he was promoted to Fire Inspector and assigned to the Fire Prevention Bureau.

Ted is married and has 3 children.  He is very active in his church.  His interests outside of church and family include singing in a band and theatre.

Ted has been active with the LAFS program since 2001.  Ted can usually be found out front working with Sparky in some character roll but also works the puppets backstage when needed.
