Ed Haase

Ed Haase joined the Des Moines Fire Department in 1990 as a Firefighter.  He was promoted to Captain and was assigned to the Fire Prevention Bureau in 2007.

Ed is married and has two grown children.  Ed is active in his church and in his spare time enjoys fishing and golf.

This is Ed’s first year working with the LAFS Program but he’s a natural talent with his puppet “Festus” on our “Safety Trails” production.
